01About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of Reward Video and its website under the platform name 1xReward Platform (“we”, “us” or “our”). “You” means the person using the service. “Rewards” includes coins, points, credits and promotional benefits offered through the app.
Please read these terms before using the service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the relevant service. Where explicit acceptance is required, it must be obtained through the appropriate service flow.
02Eligibility and accounts
You must satisfy applicable age, location and feature eligibility requirements. Do not use the service where prohibited by law. Unless expressly permitted, each person may maintain one account.
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, rent or transfer an account, impersonate someone else, or create additional accounts to bypass restrictions.
03Videos, tasks and daily rewards
Eligible users can watch available ad videos, complete supported tasks and participate in daily rewards according to the instructions displayed for each activity. An activity must satisfy its completion and verification conditions before a reward is due.
Video and advertisement availability depends on advertising supply, region, eligibility, connectivity and technical conditions. “Unlimited” describes the opportunity to participate in available eligible activities; it does not guarantee uninterrupted ad inventory, a fixed number of videos, or a specific income.
References to instant coins describe qualifying activity credits. Validation, fraud checks or technical issues can delay a credit. Contact support if a completed activity appears to be missing.
04Referral and promotional rewards
Referral rewards depend on qualifying referrals and the rules shown for the relevant program. A referral must be genuine. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, spam, misleading claims and fabricated activity are prohibited.
The advertised opportunity to earn 2x–100x more is not a guaranteed multiplier or financial return. Actual results depend on eligibility, qualifying activity and program conditions. Daily, community and other promotional rewards are also subject to the applicable conditions.
Check the terms displayed for an offer before participating. Any limits, expiry, eligibility or redemption conditions applicable to that offer should be disclosed with it.
05Coins and redemption
Your balance records activity within the app. Coins or promotional balances are not automatically bank deposits, investments or guaranteed cash. Redemption is available only through the options and conditions actually offered to your account.
Check the current minimum amount, conversion rate, availability, verification requirements and any disclosed fees before requesting redemption. These terms do not establish a universal conversion rate, cash value or payout deadline.
No particular level of earnings is guaranteed. Do not rely on Reward Video as a guaranteed income source. You are responsible for applicable personal tax obligations; the platform remains responsible for its own legal reporting obligations.
06Validation and corrections
Credits or transactions may be reviewed and corrected for duplicates, technical errors, invalid activity, fraud or provider reversals, subject to applicable law. Review or withholding should relate to a legitimate issue, rather than arbitrary removal of valid entitlements.
If you believe a correction or missing reward is wrong, contact support with your account identifier, activity details and date. Valid statutory rights and amounts that cannot lawfully be withheld are preserved.
07Transactions and refunds
Reward Video offers a paid lifetime membership. Lifetime membership payments are non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or applicable payment-provider or app-store rules. Review the membership benefits, price and conditions before paying.
Lifetime membership does not guarantee earnings, uninterrupted service or the permanent availability of any particular reward. This policy does not add benefits or a service duration beyond the membership terms disclosed at purchase. Any other payment or transfer feature applies only where actually enabled.
The separate Refund Policy explains refunds, payment errors and reward-credit disputes. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable payment-provider or store rules take priority over any general non-refund rule.
08Acceptable use
Use the service honestly and only for its intended purposes.
- Do not generate artificial ad views or clicks, manipulate tasks or referrals, or use bots, scripts, click farms or modified apps to obtain rewards.
- Do not exploit bugs, bypass eligibility checks, access other accounts or interfere with security and availability.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material where submissions are supported.
- Do not file fraudulent refund requests or payment disputes. This does not restrict a genuine dispute or lawful chargeback.
09Third-party offers and communities
Ads and offers may be provided by independent third parties. Their appearance does not guarantee or endorse their claims, products or services. Review their terms before purchasing, subscribing or sharing information.
External services, including Google Play and Telegram, have their own terms. Transactions with an advertiser should normally be raised with that advertiser or the relevant payment provider. Nothing here excludes responsibility that applicable law places on 1xReward Platform.
10Restrictions and account closure
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect an account, meet legal requirements or address a security risk. Immediate action may be necessary in urgent cases.
Affected activity and pending rewards may be reviewed. Contact support to dispute an account restriction or request account closure. Closing or restricting an account does not permit unlawful withholding of valid funds or eliminate your mandatory rights.
11Availability and future features
The service can be affected by maintenance, outages, network failures and events outside reasonable control. Features and future reward opportunities may change or be discontinued, subject to notice and other requirements of applicable law.
Online games are announced as coming soon. They are not a currently available earning feature or a promise of a specific launch date. Additional rules will apply if games are introduced.
13Updates and support
Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Revised terms apply from the effective date stated with the revision; additional acceptance will be requested where required.
