01Platform and scope
Reward Video is provided under the platform name 1xReward Platform (“we”, “us” or “our”).
These Legal Terms & Conditions supplement the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. They apply to use of the app and website to the extent relevant to the particular service.
02Intellectual property
Reward Video software, original designs, text, branding and other materials belong to their respective rights holders or licensors. You receive permission to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to the applicable terms.
Do not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization, except where permitted by law. Third-party names, logos, content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
03Rewards are not investment guarantees
Reward opportunities are conditional promotional features. Displayed balances, earning examples and referral multipliers do not establish an investment, bank deposit or guaranteed financial return.
No specific income, reward value, ad volume or uninterrupted opportunity is promised. This does not eliminate valid obligations concerning rewards actually earned under disclosed conditions.
04External content and services
Advertisements and external links can contain material supplied by others. A link or advertisement does not mean that 1xReward Platform endorses the provider or guarantees its claims.
Review important information independently before entering an external transaction. External providers are responsible for their own services, without excluding any responsibility that the law places on the platform.
05Service limitations and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Outages, third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control may affect performance.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, including anticipated earnings, may be limited. Nothing in these policies excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for your own unlawful or fraudulent use of the service. These terms do not require you to bear losses caused by the platform where applicable law places responsibility on the platform.
06Complaints and disputes
Send complaints or disputes to gettempnumber@gmail.com, identifying Reward Video, the affected account or transaction and the resolution requested. Support may request relevant information to investigate. Never send account passwords or one-time codes.
Seeking support does not prevent you from exercising legal rights, using an applicable payment dispute process, contacting a regulator or bringing a claim in a competent forum. These pages do not impose an undisclosed exclusive court, jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration process.
07Applicable law and protected rights
Disputes are subject to applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections available under the laws that apply to your situation remain unaffected.
If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions continue where possible. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.
